4-20 mA upgrade for EZ-TILT-3000-XXX
This special output upgrade is available as a piggy-back board to be mounted on the top of the standard EZ-TILT-3000 two degree of freedom ANALOG tilt module which is built around a customized state of the art CMOS SMT and Feed Through components. A 50.8mm X 50.8mm (2” x 2”) assembled 2 PCB assembly has a total height including the sensing element of 30mm (1.1”) max. Analog proportional to tilt DC voltage and 3 wire 4-20 mA concurrent outputs provide continuous real time inclination information for both axis of tilt. This LOW cost module is perfectly suitable for numerous machine control, automation and robotics OEM dual and single axis tilt applications. Temperature value is available as a separate output for external reference. Module is capable of operating with any Single or Dual axis Electrolytic tilt sensor. Module in standard configuration includes GAIN, NULL and OFFSET adjustments. Sensor could be remotely located if so required. Module could be supplied calibrated with raw data stored on a 3.5” disk in ASCII format. Electrolyte may be modified to filter out errors induced by shock & vibration.
