The High Resolution two degree of freedom ANALOG tilt module is built around a customized state of the art CMOS SMT and Feed Through components. A 2" x 2" assembled PCB has a total height including the sensing element of 17mm max. Analog proportional-to-tilt DC voltage output provides continuous inclination information for both axes of tilt. This LOW cost module is perfectly suitable for numerous OEM High Resolution tilt applications. The module includes independent NULL and GAIN adjustments for both Pitch and Roll. Temperature value is available as a separate output for external reference upon request. The module is capable of operating with any type of Single or Dual axis Electrolytic tilt sensor. Sensor could be remotely located if so required. Module could be supplied calibrated with raw data stored on a 3.5" disk in ASCII format. Electrolyte may be modified to filter out errors induced by shock & vibration.
