EZ-VIB-3000-005 / EZ-VIB-3000-015 ANALOG Linear Vibration Free Single Axis Tilt Systems

This special Vibration Free single axis LINEAR Analog Vdc output tilt modules are built around a customized state of the art CMOS components. A 2"x 2" assembled PCB provides continuous inclination information in one axis of tilt. This LOW cost module is perfectly suitable for numerous leveling applications. The module utilizes  SX-005D-VIB or SX-015D-VIB single axis Vibration resistant LINEAR inclination sensors and provides an economical and reliable tilt sensing solution for High Vibration applications requiring superior LINEARITY, RESOLUTION, REPEATABILITY and SYMMETRY. Rugged hermetic construction, specially developed internal cavity and MIL-SPEC temperature range make these systems perfectly suitable for numerous high precision heavy machinery, industrial OEM, military, medical, optical, automotive, range finder, alignment, automation, robotics and construction angle measurement applications. Innovative sensors design, two set screw holes and small size facilitate uncomplicated wall mounting. Sensor could be remotely located if so required. Sensors size is 1.500"x0.600"x0.330". The sensor performs exceptionally stable in temperature variable environment. Electrolyte may be modified to filter out errors induced by shock & vibration. Test data could be supplied on 3.5" disk upon special request.
