EZ-DIVE-5000-15-LIN / EZ-DIVE-5000-30-LIN / EZ-DIVE-5000-70-LIN ANALOG/DIGITAL/PWM/ALARM Linear Dual Axis Tilt Systems
This special High Reliability submersible dual axis RS232 / ANALOG output tilt module is built around a customized state of the art CMOS SMT and Feed Through components. Packaged in a marine grade black anodized housing the unit is able to provide continuous inclination information in two axis of tilt in both analog proportional to tilt DC voltage and a concurrent RS232 output formats.
Both outputs include temperature compensation. This LOW cost module is perfectly suitable for numerous underwater dredging, platform leveling, NULLING, tilt orientation and other HIGH precision Pitch/Roll measurement applications. The RS232 allows easy communication with any PC in Hyper Terminal or local LCD modes. Bottom exterior surface is calibrated for accurate zero level. Temperature value could be made available for external reference.
In addition to digital filtering the electrolyte may be modified to filter out errors induced by shock & vibration. Systems configuration could be adjusted based on selected AOSI's sensors for appropriate range, resolution, response time and accuracy. The wide range model could operate to +-85 arcdeg covering a total span of 170 arcdeg. System includes two concurrent PWM channels with 10% to 90% variable duty cycle. In addition two adjustable alarms could be used to worn users of critical angles.
