Advanced Orientation Systems, Inc. proudly introduces Baseless Joystick. This revolutionary computer input device is based on using AOSI's dual axis shatter proof polymer tilt sensors in combination with a custom developed LOW cost advanced electronic circuitry that perfectly simulates the standard interface protocol of a regular resistive joystick. This Baseless Joystick does not need to be attached to a base or placed on the table. When using these special tilt sensors the joystick operates solely on the gravitation force. There in no need for a base or any other devise that may restrict the space movement of the Baseless Joystick. The joystick delivers a powerful combination of benefits that result in better game control, wider tilt angles, higher resolution, unrestricted space movement, only one hand operation, comfortable sitting position at any distance from the computer, among others. Baseless Joystick has no moving parts, very light and may be shaped in many user-friendly shapes. Basic version directly compatible with any standard PC joystick port, while other versions utilizing 8 and 12 bit RS232 protocol are available.
