Our Machine Shop Department consists of drill presses, lathes, mills and a variety of other equipment which allow us to produce and finish off the product. 

It also allows us to finish off products such as stamp parts or other parts that need a finishing operation that someone else wasn't capable of doing. 

Our CNC Department consists of several CNC lathes Multi-axis lathes and CNC mills in various sizes and can handle just about any project. 

Our lathes are equipped with large chucks and can handle material up to 15.7" (400 mm) O.D..  and over 39” (1000 mm) long.

We are able to maintain flatness of 0.0004” (0.01mm) with surface roughness of Ra 0.0015” (Ra 0.04mm).

We can perform polishing and buffing of almost any machined surface.
